“Don’t Sit-At-Home on Election Day”, REC Begs Anambra Residents.

Over seven days after he left his former party, PDP citing irregularities in the buildup to the party’s primaries, Tony Nwoye has dumped the PDP for the Labour party, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.

Tony Nwoye, a former house of representative member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency pulled out of People’s Democratic Party primaries alleging falsification of delegate’s lists by Stella Oduah in connivance with some party officials.

Reliable sources said that Nwoye has emerged the candidate of the Labour Party for Anambra North senatorial zone for 2023 general elections. He is expected to face stiff competition from the incumbent senator representing the zone, Sen. Stella Oduah and Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano, the former first lady of Anambra state.
