Another petrol Tanker accident has been reported this morning at new parts flyover in Nkpor , Anambra state.
According to an eyewitness,the petrol Tanker which was empty lost control and hit the barricade of the flyover before it fell off .
ANAMBRA PEOPLE gathered that no life was lost as a result of the accident. The eyewitness reported that it was only the driver who sustained injuries.
This is not the first time this kind of accident has happened on the flyover.
However, in the light of this recent accident and the ones that have occurred in the past, it is time that the Anambra State Government takes immediate steps to stop the street trading along that side of the road. It was by miracle that no life was lost this time, next time we might not be that lucky. Traders shouldn’t put their lives at risk in their bid to make money. All trading activities should be done inside the Nkpor Market.
