Popular actor and Special Adviser to Anambra State governor on Entertainment, Leisure and Tourism, Bob-Manuel Udokwu has endorsed the Anambra made Nancy brand of shoes, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports. Bob Manuel, a multi-award winning veteran actor, a TV reality anchor, film producer and movie director has been at the forefront of promoting locally made goods and supporting youths in entrepreneurship.
The A-list actor who has featured in over 300 movies recently accepted to be a brand ambassador for Nancy shoes on Pro Bono basis. According to Lady Nancy Chidebe, the CEO of Nancyshoecraft, “such a high profile man should have been surrounded with plethora of protocols, but his simplicity defies such guess when it comes to promoting hand-work and hardworking youths that approach him for support”.
ANAMBRA PEOPLE gathered that apart from accepting to be the shoe brand ambassador, Bob-Manuel has been one of the strongest voices that promote Nancyshoecraft both within the government circle in Anambra state, and among Anambra elites. He has also spoken in glowing terms about the brand in Nollywood and together with some other principal actors in government promoted Nancyshoecraft brand, recommending it to the governor who has recognized it as an Anambra brand that would be given full attention to grow.
