A randy man allegedly defiling minors in Ekwulobia community of Aguata Local Government Area in Anambra State has been caught, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.

Residents identify him as a former SARS officer, popularly known as Ejima, who started living in Ekwulobia in September but wasted no time in launching countless sexual escapades in the community, with obvious bias for underage, defiling over five of them, of ages between five and nine years.

According to them, Ejima was ‘combed’ out by vigilante operatives following a massive manhunt by the town.

Also describing Ejima as “an indigene of Ebonyi State,” a father of two of the man’s victims, who pleaded anonymity, said: “I could not believe what my wife was saying when I got back from a church event that my little children she sent to fetch water from a nearby compound returned in thoroughly devastated state after several hours and on questioning them, they said Ejima trapped them in a room behind the compound and forcefully had sex with them.”

According to the man, he wasted no time before taking his children to the traditional ruler, Igwe’s palace where vigilante operatives said they have been monitoring the suspect following earlier reports of two previous cases against him.

The man even said he even saw parents of Ejima’s earlier victims who were frantically looking for solution to their own children’s predicament.

One of the parents said they had looked for their children everywhere and when their efforts yielded no result, they decided to involve the vigilante group for a wider search.

According to him, it was later in the evening that his children, along with other kids in the neighborhood, came back and opened up when he quizzed them.

Narrating his ordeal further, the two victims’ father said Ejima escaped through the fence when the vigilante operatives stormed his hideout which jolted the community to launch a manhunt that finally led to his arrest two days after he eloped. Two other underage girls were found in an uncompleted building where he had sex with them around Ekwulobia-Ikenga boundary.

Eyewitnesses said the suspect is now in police custody, but spokesman of Anambra State Police Command, Ikenga Tochukwu was not available to confirm the incident.
