…urges ndi Anambra to vote Apga candidates in the coming election
…says soludo’s administration is comparable to an artist at the beginning of his Work
As a way to encourage hardwork ,an APGA chieftain,Hon Chinedu Romanus (Yagazie) has played host to and splashed gift items to staff of Onitsha North Traffic Management Agency to appreciate their good work in easing traffic within Onitsha and environ, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.
The event which held Saturday,17th December,2022 witnessed large turnout of ONTA Members.
Speaking briefly, Hon Chinedu Romanus charged them to see their calling as a way to contribute their own quota in the society and urged them to be dedicated and professional in the discharge of their duties,noting that every worker would give account of their stewardship here on earth and ultimately to God.
He commended their efforts so far and stated that their hardwork has started paying off particularly in the free flow of traffic being witnessed around Onitsha and charged them not to rest on their oars now that Christmas is around the corner.
Yagazie equally pleaded with other well-meaning individuals in Anambra to see ways they could at occasions support agencies like ONTA that are at the forefront of making our daily activities or operations smooth and seamless.
He called on them to ensure they get their PVCs and urged them to vote only APGA candidates in the forth coming general election particularly for Chief Dr Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano . According to him, voting APGA simply means voting for quality representation.
Hon Chinedu Romanus equally used the occasion to advise ndi Anambra to be patient with the governor of Anambra state,Prof Chukwuma Soludo in his bid to make Anambra one of the best States in the country. He said,” Soludo’s administration now is comparable to an artist at the beginning of his work and you know an artwork is formless at the beginning. But the beauty of an artwork is visible when the artist has been able to completely translate his ideas and vision into reality. I’m certain that in no time, people will begin to understand the ideas and great plans the governor has for our people”
The event was attended by the transition chairman of Onitsha North local government Area council,Hon Onochie Ozomma,ONTA MD and other notable speakers.
There was prayer session for ONTA members and council chairman.
Highpoint of the occasion was presentation of cash gift to two ONTA members adjudged the best for their conduct and professionalism in 2022. There was also parade by some ONTA Members
