Anambra also boasts of the biggest market in West Africa known as the Onitsha Main Market. With over 68 different active markets,It equally has the highest concentration of markets in the country. It’s the commercial nerve centre of the eastern economy.

- The River Niger
Anambra State is also strategic in terms of the geography . The famous River Niger runs through this state. Anambra is also like a strategic corridor to most of the south-east and south-south states in Nigeria. It’s like a modern trade route.
