It was a beehive of activity as High Chief Dr chinedu Umeadi roll out drums and declared freebies amidst Iwa JI festival, the occasion embellished with avalanche of masquerades, numerous musical groups, dignitaries from all works of life had the grace of the presence of the Deputy Majority Leader Anambra State House Of Assembly and the Member Representing Njikoka Two Constituency, Hon. Dr. Jude Akpua .
While briefing the press, Hon. Dr. Jude Akpua disclosed that the Iwa ji ceremony organized by High Chief Dr chinedu Umeadi was well thought out due to it’s significance in Igbo culture and tradition, he swiftly added that the occasion didn’t only exhibits the uniqueness of igbo culture but majorly brought kith and kin together and prayed God to continue to sustain High Chief Dr Chinedu Umeadi as he built good will among Tom, Dick and Harry.
In his reaction, High Chief Dr Chinedu Umeadi thanked Hon Jude Akpua and prayed God to continue to be his guard and guide as he represented Umuowelle at the state House Of Assembly.
