Tragedy struck, Monday, at Nkwo Nnewi Roundabout, Anambra State where a 19-year old girl Chimobi allegedly stabbed one Chiemerie, 16, twice on the chest following a quarrel between the two. Our source said the two came from the same home in Ichi, Ekwusigo Local Government Area even though Chimobi, according to the source, was brought in as a help to the family.

Chimobi, an eye witness said, stabbed the victim twice on his chest at their roadside shop where they sell fruits for their Mistress following a disagreement.

It was gathered that the victim slumped and was bleeding profusely before he was rushed to a hospital.

The eye witness said the suspect was almost lynched by angry onlookers before she was rescued by the local vigilance group members.

In a related development still on Monday, a man whose name was not ascertained as at the time of filing this report, in Nnewi, was said to have inadvertently clubbed his baby strapped at the back of her mother to death.
