VENUE FOR THE CBT PRIMARY HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT EXERCISE: Integral development consult (IDK) learning Center Awka, 18/20 Enugu-Onitsha Express way, White house, Awka, Anambra State.

Candidates are expected to strictly adhere to the following instructions:

1. Omission of exam date and time results to automatic disqualification.
2. No form of writing material is allowed in the hall as the exam is CBT.
3. No devices such as, mobile phones and calculators are allowed in the exam hall.
4. Candidates must come with a valid means of Identification.
5. Candidates are expected to be at the examination venue 30 minutes before the exam time.
6. Impersonation stands for automatic disqualification.
