A second-year student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, UNIZIK, simply identified as Chioma, has allegedly poured hot water on the president of her hostel, Mark, over a disagreement.
It was gathered that the incident which occurred on Saturday, 17th of February at Twins Fall Lodge, Ifite-Awka was centered around the clean-up of the hostel.
According to Valentine Mbadugha, who witnessed the incident, Chioma also stabbed Mark when he was being led to a local hospital for medical attention.
Despite the grievous offence, nothing has been done by the school management as the students are yet to report the incident.
