The Venue for the exercise is Anambra State Primary Health Care Development Agency, behind NNPC Mega Station/FRSC, Enugu-Onitsha Express Way, Awka.
Successful candidates should come along with the following:
i. All their Original Credentials
ii. Valid Practicing license
iii. Two Passport-sized photographs
iv. Original Birth Certificate and
v. Two white file jackets with photocopies of all the requested documents enclosed.
