Today let’s discuss “the power of positive competition”
1st left is Dr Obiora OKONKWO, Owner of United Nigeria Airlines.
Middle is Dr Allen Onyema, owner of Air Peace!
This was on board Air Peace inaugural flight from lagos to London Gatwick, on Saturday 30th March 2024, just before take off.
These two great men do the same kind of business; airlines operations!
I have met both at several occasions and i can tell you they share mutual love, respect, admiration for each other, and they celebrate each other’s wins as if it’s theirs!
They could have chosen to be bitter competitors, but they chose good friendship, brotherhood, positive association, positive collaboration instead of bitter competition!
And yes, they both thrive individually!!
Lessons; we can do same businesses and remain humans!
Learn to collaborate, and even if you choose to compete, let it be positive and healthy competition!
