The Nestoil Towers is a world-class ,commercial development centrally located in the business district of Victoria Island, at the intersection of Akin Adesola and Saka Tinubu streets. It’s an ambitious project,innovative and built to international standard.

The iconic building is the brainchild of Dr. Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi, the founder of the Obijackson Group, which include subsidiaries such as Nestoil, Smile Communications, Nestav, Hammarkopp, and Century Power, among others. He is one of the major players in the oil industry in Africa.

The 15-floor building, which was contracted to Julius Berger at a whooping cost of 24 billion naira, started in 2013 and was completed in 2016.

The developer, Obijackson has always had a big idea of building a befitting headquarters for Nestoil. In one of his interviews, Dr. Obiejesi said, “We had wanted to build something different and befitting, a building that will show the Oil & Gas industry in Sub-Saharan Africa in a different perspective.”

The Nestoil Tower is the first development in West Africa to attain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications. The tower offers dynamic businesses, multinational corporations, and leading institutions a high-quality and unmatched business environment.

The tower is a mixed-use development consisting of 7,500 sqm of office space and 3,500 sqm of residential space. The residential units in this development are used as guest houses. The building’s LEED certification means it has met international green and sustainable building standards.

Nestoil, Neconde, and other subsidiaries within the Obijackson group occupy the upper office floors. Other facilities in the tower include a helipad, gym, cafeteria, event terrace, driver rest areas, security personnel rest areas, atrium, and a clinic.

Annual Rent
The annual rent is at the rate of $800/sqm (Eight Hundred US Dollars per Square Meter) exclusive of VAT and all taxes.
 
Annual Service Charge
services provided (security, cleaning and maintenance) excluding power. It is at the rate of USD$177/sqm (One Hundred and Seventy-Seven US Dollars per Square Meter) excluding power, VAT and all taxes.
