Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has described Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Paulinus Ezeokafor as a “spiritual leader and a champion of peace and development”.
Soludo in a congratulatory message to mark the Bishop 72nd birthday, praised the cleric contributions to the state.
The statement signed by Press Secretary to the Governor, Christian Aburime, said the Bishop’s unwavering commitment to the spiritual growth and development of our people remained truly inspiring.
The statement reads, “The Government of Anambra State, under the leadership of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, joins the Catholic community and the people of Anambra State in celebrating the birthday of His Lordship, Most Reverend Paulinus Ezeokafor, Bishop of Awka Diocese.
“Governor Soludo described Bishop Ezeokafor as a “spiritual leader and a champion of peace and development” and praised his contributions to the state.
“His unwavering commitment to the spiritual growth and development of our people is truly inspiring,” the Governor said.
“The Governor prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and strength for Bishop Ezeokafor as he continues to serve the people of Anambra State.”
