Anambra Businessman Dr Stanley Uzochukwu and Chairman, Stanel Group, recently graced the Inauguration ceremony of Ghana’s new President, John Dramani Mahama.
Dr. Uzochukwu, known for his strong ties with various African leaders, was among the distinguished guests who celebrated the swearing-in of President Mahama in Accra.
last year, President Mahama was one of the 16 serving and former Presidents hosted by Dr. Uzochukwu at his deluxe Delbourogh hotel in Lagos. Writing on his attendance at the inauguration, Dr. Uzochukwu expressed great admiration for President Mahama, describing him as a global icon and a true leader.
He stated that the event not only honored Ghana’s democracy but also symbolized unity among African nations.
The ceremony saw the convergence of esteemed leaders such as Presidents Félix Tshisekedi, Adama Barrow, William Ruto, as well as former Presidents Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Jacob Zuma. Among the notable Nigerian attendees were President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, former Presidents Obasanjo and Jonathan, Governor Ademola Adeleke, Chief Dele Momodu, and business mogul Aliko Dangote.
