Former Senior Special Assistant to former Anambra state Governor, Willie Obiano on political matters, Hon. Sir Ezenwafor Jude a.k.a. Diga, has obtained the gubernatorial nomination and expression of interest forms of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Sir Ezenwafor, popularly known as Onowu government, made this known in a statement on Friday, March 7.
He said he joined other gubernatorial aspirants in the State by procuring the 2025 Gubernatorial Expression of Interest and Nomination forms on the platform of the PDP.
The statement reads, “My dear good people of Anambra State and party faithfuls what should be ultimate to all discerning citizens of Anambra State is how to dislodge the ruling APGA from the Agu Awka Government House.
“Anambra State need to be rescued, I am ready to transform the state, and set it loose from the firm grip of APGA if given the mandate to fly the party’s ticket and voted for in the November 8 Governorship Election.
“We want to bring light. We shall bring total transformation just like our campaign mantra which is “Ife abata” (Light has come).
“What our own government is going to do is to render light, and when the light comes, all the good things Anambra people have been missing, they will begin to enjoy it.”
“We are people destined for greatness, thus, this is the time to reset our focus and reposition the future of our dear State as envisioned by our forbearers. Thank you all and God bless.”
