National leadership of the flagship political support structure of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State, the Ikemba Front has applauded the impact of Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu in his quest to pick the party’s ticket and to give the party winning in the Governorship election slated for November 8, 2025.
The group said they were elated that his impact has increasingly brightened chances of APC winning the governorship poll.

The National Assistant Secretary of Ikemba Front, Comrade Obi Ibegbunam made the commendation after successful screening of the businessman turned evangelist, Prince Dr Nicholas Ukachukwu, at the National Secretariat of the party in Abuja.
He said that the light which appeared dimmed following the loss of Sen. Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has become bright again with the strong impact of the businessman popularity called Ikukuoma.
In his own remarks, Ikemba Front Coordinator in Ogbaru Local Government Area, Hon. Patrick Chukwuma described Ukachukwu’s entry into the race as tonic that had rekindled the hope of APC winning the election.
“It was almost as though Anambra South Senatorial Zone was bereaved of competent men who would fill the void created by Ubah’s exit.
“Prince Ukachukwu’s entry into the race was a tonic that has now rekindled the hope of APC winning the November 8, 2025 Anambra State governorship election,” he said.
National Coordinator of Ikemba Front, Sir Arinzechukwu Awogu, said the paradigm has now shifted with the entry of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu into the race, making those who had hitherto lost faith because of the loss of Sen. Dr. Ubah and the fear of the presidency not putting interest in the Anambra State election, would now begin to build confidence again.
“The strong impact of Prince Ukachukwu in the race has not only seen a reverberation of the party taking place, but has reconfigured the thinking of Abuja into believing that Anambra State APC is ready and serious with the governorship election.
“The unfortunate loss of Sen. Ubah from Anambra South Senatorial Zone had sent the morale of the party and its supporters to its lowest ebb but with the presence of Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma), whose towering pedigree is known to the average man on the streets of Anambra, the paradigm has changed astronomically,” he stated.
Sir Awogu also commended the party leadership in the state for its commitment to ensuring that the party emerged victorious in the poll, praising particularly the state chairman of the party, Hon. Sir Basil Ejidike for his managerial ability and seeing to the party’s new found acceptance in the State.
