A frontline aspirant for the Anambra state November 8 governorship election, Prof. Obiora Okonkwo has dedicated to God his aspiration to serve the people of the State at a special dedication Mass.
The Mass held at Blessed Iwene Tansi Parish, Umudioka, Dunukofia Local Government Area of the State, was presided over by the renowned Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma (Ebubemunso).
Speaking during the mass, Okonkwo reaffirmed his belief that everything begins and ends with God, and that all power belongs to Him alone.
“As a devout Christian who firmly believes that everything begins and ends with God, and that all power belongs to Him alone—the Almighty Creator of the Universe; I deemed it fit to dedicate to God my aspiration to serve Anambra State at a special dedication Mass,” he said.
The business mogul, aviation expert and founder of United Nigeria Airlines and The Dome Abuja—widely regarded as a trailblazer in the hospitality industry—was joined by friends, associates, and his political family in a heartfelt thanksgiving to God.
Together, they sought divine guidance and the prayers of the congregation as he embarks on his journey of public service, driven by his commitment to serving God and advancing the development of Anambra State.
