A frontline support group, Soludo Solution Movement (SSM) has described performance of the Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo as unprecedented.
Convener of SSM, Hon Sir Jude Umunnakwe who stated this in a chat with newsmen said the governor had outperformed all his predecessors in just three years in office.
He said that Soludo who is running an intentional and transformative agenda for Anambra State has positively impacted on all sectors without making any noice about it as was the case in the past.
He said many people in other states are praying God should bless them with a personality like Soludo.
He said, “Anambra State has never had it so good, this is the first time a sitting governor will work on all the sectors simultaneously and achieved results. Gov Soludo is indeed in a hurry to transform Anambra State.
“The road construction going on across the state is a wonder, what we used to have here is that a governor will work on the roads in his locality and possibly go to sleep afterward.
“But Prof Charles Soludo actually started work in Okpoko on his first day in office, the notorious biggest slum in Nigeria, if not Africa, today Okpoko has become a beautiful city with all the modern day facilities.
“Gov Soludo’s road construction has crisscross the entire length and breadth of Anambra State, these are not just roads that would be washed away in a year as was the case in the past, Gov Soludo’s roads are having twenty years quarantee.
“We have free antinatal and free delivery including Cesarian Section in our dear state, this is in addition to recruitment of qualified staffs to man the well equipped hospitals, online medicare has become a reality in Anambra communities.
“The youths had never had it so good, the administration’s One Youth Two Skills initiative, is working wonders, many of our youths who benefited from the scheme have become employers of labours and doing very well in their chosen fields of human endeavors.
“Anambra State is unarguably the safest state in Nigeria today, thanks to our amiable governor who thought out of the box and introduced Agunechemba security outfit, we can now sleep with our two eyes closed.
“Honestly, I can go on and on, all day, telling you about the achievements of Gov Soludo, infact, many people in other states are praying that God should bless them with a personality like our own Professor of Economics.
“Gov Soludo has caused a revolution in the governance of Anambra State which is unprecedented.”
Asked to comment on the November 8 Anambra State governorship election, the Convener of SSM said that the election would be an opportunity for Ndi-Anambra to appreciate Gov Soludo by giving him their mandate again.
“Gov Soludo is a winner by all standards and you and I know that you don’t change a winning team,” he asserted.
