President Bola Tinubu is due in Anambra state on May 10 to commission some of the projects of Governor Chukwuma Soludo
Among such projects are, the massive governor’s lodge, the fun city and the Ekwulobia flyover that links many communities in the state.
Already, the projects are receiving finishing touches as Prof Soludo and his team had embarked on tours of the sites.
As a result, restrictions had been placed on some of the project sites, while security has already been beefed up in those areas awaiting the visit of Mr President
Also, the refurbished Dr Alex Ekwueme square in Awka, has been closed down from being used as a fitness exercise centre by the public by the government
If Tinubu visits Anambra on the planned date, he is likely to come back to the state before the November 8 governorship election to campaign for his party’s governorship candidate, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu
Since the arrangements of President Tinubu’s visit to Anambra state, members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA have continued to celebrate it as a big win for the party.
