A leading real estate company in the South-East, Reapfold Properties Limited, has presented a luxury SUV car gift to its marketing agent, Dr Stanley Onunkwor, for reaching the company’s benchmark of N120 million sales for the year 2024.
The firm explained that the gesture was meant to empower it’s marketing agents and customers as part of efforts to promote loyalty and dedication to duty.
In a special presentation ceremony held at Peakcastel Hotel, Awka, on Sunday, the Chief Executive Officer, Reapfold Properties Limited, Dr Nonso Okafor, restated the company’s commitment to its customers and investors across it’s base in the South-East states, comprising, Anambra, Abia, Enugu Imo and Ebonyi.
Okafor, a former member of the Anambra State House of Assembly, said the car gift is aside the 10 per cent of the commission the beneficiary was paid for each plot he sold, adding that the gesture was to encourage all members to strive for excellence.
He added that the company intends to continue to encourage its employees and agents to go beyond boundaries and make name and money for themselves.
According to him, Reapfold has 10 estates to her credit with a five units of four bedroom duplex in Abuja.
He said, “The car was presented to Dr Onunkwor in appreciation for his dedication, commitment and for truthfully selling the company’s properties worth N120 million in 2024. The reward is part of the company’s commitment towards human capital development.

“We are doing this not only to promote the sector in Anambra State, but also to encourage the upcoming realtors to work harder.
“Onunkwor is one of the backbone of this company in Anambra State. His dedication and innovation have been instrumental in driving our mission to deliver quality and affordable housing solutions to, not just Anambra people, but for the entire Nigerians.”
Okafor also used the ceremony to reaffirm the company’s commitment to its customers and investors emphasising that the platform is an opportunity to empower young people.

In his acceptance speech, the beneficiary, Onunkwor commended the company for keeping to it words.
He said, “I was promised a car reward after emerging the company’s Grand Ambassador in December 14, 2024. The effort earned me the brand ambassador of the company.
“Being acknowledged in this way today, is truly inspiring. It shows that my hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and the recognition will served as push for me to do more.”
The occasion also served as a summit which featured intensive trainings, practical workshops, networking sessions with the theme, “Empowered to sell; inspired to succeed”, with a Sales Expert, Tony Nwose, and the CEO Skillsoft, a digital marketing consultant, Favour Kennedy, handling different sessions.
