14-Year-Old Gymnast, Stephanie Ogechukwu Shines at National Youth Games 2025

A 14-year-old Stephanie Ogechukwu Onusiriuka has emerged as the best all-round gymnast at the National Youth Games Asaba 2025.

A student of Cradle to Harvard School Abuja, Stephanie clinched an impressive haul of three gold medals, one silver medal, and a team silver medal in the gymnastics events.

According to a statement released by her manager, Stephanie participated in three individual events and showed her skills on the beam, vault, and floor. She won gold medals on beam and vault, and a silver medal on floor. Additionally, she secured a gold medal for being the best all-round gymnast and a silver medal in the team event.

It further confirmed that this achievement is not Stephanie’s first taste of success. “In 2023, she won four gold medals at the Youth Games in Asaba” , the manger stated.

Stephanie splits her training time between London and Abuja.

The young gymnast’s aspirations are nothing short of inspiring. Stephanie aims to represent Nigeria at the World Championships, Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and other prestigious competitions.
