A popular Flavour look-alike and rising entertainer known as Flavour n’Ụtụtụ a has publicly dismissed allegations that he uses the name or image of award-winning singer, Flavour n’Abania, to defraud unsuspecting fans.

In a video circulating on Facebook, the entertainer clarified that although he resembles the highlife superstar and has styled his brand after him, he has never impersonated Flavour nor demanded money from anyone under false pretence.

Speaking calmly in the clip, he explained that his resemblance to Flavour is purely natural and has become part of his identity as an entertainer. He said he only admires the singer and enjoys performing in a similar style, but has never claimed to be the real Flavour.

He expressed concern that rumours circulating online were portraying him as a scammer, insisting that anyone who claims he ever defrauded them should come forward publicly and prove it.

According to him, he performs shows for fees ranging between ₦700,000 and ₦800,000 — an amount he noted that the real Flavour would never charge — making it clear that promoters and fans who book him already know he is not the award-winning superstar.

He stressed that impersonating Flavour would amount to damaging the singer’s reputation, something he said he would never do, especially for someone he respects deeply and considers a role model.

Flavour n’Ụtụtụ a ended his message by greeting fans across the world and reaffirming his identity, insisting once again that he has never used Flavour’s name to scam anyone and has no intention of doing so.
