The Secretary to the Anambra State Government (SSG), Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu, has assured Ndi Anambra of unprecedented development and accelerated progress as the state prepares for the 2026 fiscal year.

Prof. Chukwulobelu led the delegation from the Office of the Governor, accompanied by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Nwabufo, and senior staff of the office.

The engagement provided an opportunity to robustly present and defend the budget proposals while aligning them with the overarching development priorities of the Soludo administration.

In his analysis, the SSG highlighted the 2026 budget theme, “Changing Gear 3.0, Solution Continues,” describing it as a strategic consolidation of ongoing reforms aimed at deepening good governance, strengthening institutions, and accelerating socio-economic transformation across the state.

He noted that the budget builds on previous gains while scaling up investments in critical sectors.

According to Prof. Chukwulobelu, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo remains resolute in delivering people-centered governance, promoting sustainable growth, and positioning Anambra as a model of development driven by innovation, fiscal discipline, and inclusive policies.

He emphasized that the administration’s vision is firmly anchored on long-term progress and measurable impact and reaffirmed that with sustained cooperation, Anambra is firmly on course for a new era of prosperity and progress.

The SSG further called on Ndi Anambra to continue to collaborate with and support the Soludo administration, stressing that collective responsibility and shared commitment are essential to achieving the state’s development vision.
