The immediate past governor of Anambra state, Chief Willie Obiano has played host to a renowned traditional ruler and the Igwe Chiemere-eze , Nka 1 of Ogbunka Kingdom, His Royal Highness Igwe JohnMark Anyaoha.
The former governor received Igwe JohnMark Anyaoha in Green Jade Drive Spring TX USA.
Igwe JohnMark Anyaoha is currently in the US for a short vacation where he also met with a number of stakeholders in Anambra politics.
He was accompanied by his friends, Hon Dr Vincent Okpala, former Commissioner of Health Anambra State and Engr Richard Okonkwo, the Isimmiri Ogbunka.
During the meeting, they discussed the leadership and future of Anambra, as well as efforts to galvanise the potentials of the state for the best interest of the citizens.
The former governor also presented his book, “Willie, An Intimate Biography” written by his wife, Ebelechukwu Obiano to his guests.
Obiano governed Anambra for eight years and handed over the baton of leadership to the incumbent Governor Charles Soludo in 2022.
