It will be recollected that Operation Secure Anambra South was launched few months ago to checkmate the deadly security challenges that bedeviled Anambra South.
The scheme, a brainchild of Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (CON). was a direct response to the unfortunate killings, kidnappings and criminalities that ravaged the zone.
Nnewi North local government area was used for the pilot scheme in a strategic attempt to sample diverse response approaches, fine tune the senator’s crime fighting policies and perfect the strategies necessary to secure Anambra South Senatorial District.
The model deployed in Nnewi North pilot scheme proved to be a huge success as crime has been battled down to a halt and this successful model will be deployed and replicated in the remaining six local government areas.
Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (CON) has once again proven that leadership is his muse.
Congratulations to Ndi Anambra South.
