The Uzu du nka Awka of Ibobo Awka North, Hon. Chukwuemeke E. Nwogbo has sent good wishes to his constituents of Awka North and South Federal Constituency of Anambra State and Nigerians at large on the occasion of our 63rd Independence Day celebration.
Hon. Nwogbo, who is noted for an incredible representation in his time as member representing Awka North and South Federal Constituency of Anambra State, in the National Assembly between 2011 and 2015, delivered his goodwill message via e-media and publications across the country.
“We commemorate a day that holds great significance to every Nigerian within Awka North and South Federal Constituency of Anambra State and beyond, the press release reads.
In his message, the Registered Surveyor and Valuer who returned to private service and philanthropy after serving in the green chamber, pointed at nation building as a panacea our leadership crisis and current global economic situation.
‘Let us be mindful of everything we can do for our nation to make it a place of wealth, peace, and happiness, so that the labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain.”
He reiterated the need for young people to embrace entrepreneurship, and to get involved in the process of politics and nation building.
Honourable Nwogbo opined that ‘Freedom is the most precious thing in every human’s life, hence the need to send felicitations on the occasion of Nigeria’s Independence Day celebration, ‘here’s wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Independence Day’ the message concluded.
