Don Amamgbo read law at the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria, and was called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1985. Seeking further expertise in International Business Law, he pursued postgraduate studies at the McGeorge College of Law, University of the Pacific, Sacramento, California. In 1994, he was admitted to practice law at the United States Supreme Court, establishing the renowned Law Offices of Amamgbo and Associates, PLC, with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
As an adventurous person,he would later venture into the oil and gas industry and successfully established several internationally recognized companies. One of these notable ventures is Bulk Strategic Reserve Limited. Bulk Strategic Reserve Limited, under Barrister Amamgbo’s leadership as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, has experienced remarkable growth and currently stands as a prominent player engaged in the importation, exportation, and sale of petroleum and its allied products in both local and international markets. The company owns a multi-billion naira ultra-modern tank farm in the South-South region, boasting a cumulative capacity of 80,000,000 (Eighty Million) liters, complete with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
Beyond his professional achievements, Barrister Amamgbo’s commitment to community development is commendable. He has discreetly contributed to the growth and progress of his community by undertaking significant projects such as road construction. Most recently, he donated a state-of-the-art church to his local community in Ihiala, Anambra State, showcasing his dedication to improving the lives of others.
