As Anambra State, a stronghold of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), is gearing up for local government elections, and the Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon Obidike Chukwuebuka has said that his party is confident of a landslide victory. APC’s momentum and popularity on the ground, combined with the ruling party’s perceived failures, make a compelling case for an APC sweep.
Obidike who made this statement after a meeting with APC Youth leaders during an interview in Awka the state capital said, “Our party the APC has been gaining traction in Anambra State, with a significant increase in membership and support. The party’s grassroots engagement and community outreach programs have resonated with the people, who are seeking a change from the status quo.
“Our party has vibrant young candidate lineup, with a mix of experienced politicians and fresh faces, all of whom possess a deep understanding of the local dynamics. This diverse and robust slate is well-positioned to connect with voters and address their concerns.
Obidike opined that his party, the APC has a proven track record of effective governance in other states, demonstrating its ability to deliver on campaign promises and improve the lives of citizens. This reputation will undoubtedly resonate with Anambra voters seeking a better future.
He futhure said that, “the ruling party, APGA, has faced criticism for its perceived ineffectiveness and lack of accountability. Voters are increasingly disillusioned with the status quo and seeking a change, which APC is well-positioned to capitalize on.
