Civil Liberties Organization Anambra State Branch Chairman Comrade Vincent Ezekwueme AMBP-UN has commended Senator Dr.Tony Nwoye representing Anambra North Senatorial Zone for facilitating rehabilitation of dilapidated and deplorable 3-3,Nsugbe College of Education road that has been nightmarish to both commuters and citizenry.
The despicable condition of the road had skyrocketed transport fare in the area with more than two hundred percent.Pertinently this is clear indication of the Senator Nwoye’s love, care, concern and compassion for interest and social welfare of people of his Senatorial Zone in particular and Anambra State in general. We appeal to transporters to reciprocates the good gesture by reducing drastically outrageous transport fare in the area.
We equally thanks Federal Roads Maintenance Agency for embarking on the life saving project.CLO also appeal to workaholic and courageous Senator to remember his promised to complete rehabilitating Y Junction to Nkwelle Express by Edison when he rehabilitated 3-3 to St.Stephen Chaplaincy Nkwelle. He also promised to visit Obinna Iloh Street that link Nkwelle to Nkpor in less than five minutes. The road when constructed will decongest ever busy Federal Housing Gate and 3-3 junction.Worthy of mention include much celebrated Innoma- Odeke-Ibaji-Abuja road which you attracted while in the House of Representative, which you reactivated and attracted re-awarding of the contract as a Senator which Anambrarians and Nigerians are eagerly praying and waiting for commencement of work.
We appeal to other political leaders to emulate patriotic, selfless, compassionate disposition of distinguished Senator Nwoye.
CLO equally commiserate and sympathize with Senator Nwoye,Nwoye Family and entire Nsugbe Community over the irreparable loss of their patriarch Pa Lawrence Nwoye.May God grant his gentle soul eternal rest in paradise.
Kindly accept our heartfelt condolences and assurances of our prayers at this mournful and sorrowful period Ezekwueme posited.
