Report on our desk has confirmed that two kidnapped Reverend Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of Christ, and a kidnapped Anambra High Court Judge have been released.

The Reverend Sisters, Sisters Vincentia Maria Nwankwo and Grace Mariette Okoli, were abducted about a week ago, while the judge, whose name has been withheld, was kidnapped on Saturday while entering his house in Awka South Local Government Area of the state.

A source close to the family confirmed that the judge was released on Sunday, barely 24 hours after his abduction, sparking widespread jubilation among sympathizers who have been thronging his residence since the incident.
