There is palpable tension in Onitsha, Anambra State over likely fire explosion following sudden fall of fully loaded fuel tanker in front of a Mainsea Filling Station, near Army Barrack, along Onitsha/Enugu Expressway.

Residents who are jittery over the development have called on relevant authorities to come to their rescue as any further delay would be catastrophic.

“There is a high risk of fire explosion, posing a serious threat to lives and property. Immediate intervention is needed to prevent a disaster.

“Fire service operators and emergency responders should storm the scene without delay!
