At last the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially obtained the fifty million naira ANSAA Out-of-Home Political Campaign Permit from the Anambra State Signage & Advertisement Agency (ANSAA) ahead of the November 8, 2025 governorship election in the state.
Present at the permit handover ceremony at the Agency’s headquarters in Awka on Wednesday, was the Managing Director of ANSAA, Tony Odili Ujubuoñu, who handed over the permit to the APC representatives, Engr Fabian Ozigbo and Mr. Uche Nwangwu.

According to the ANSAA boss, the permit empowers the All Progressives Congress to begin the deployment of campaign materials and promotional activities across Anambra State, including posters, branded vehicles, public address systems, banners, fliers, and T-shirts used in street storms, rallies, and more in all 21 Local Government Areas of the State.
Recall that the APC at the early stage of the permit announcement, vow not to pay for the permit, arguing that it was a political strategy deployed by the APGA led-government of Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo to discouraged opposition from active participation.
