In a gesture aimed at promoting self-reliance and productivity, the member representing Oyi Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Innocent Ojike – Ojicam has rather marked his birthday with acts of service, choosing community impact over personal celebration.
The lawmaker in his usual humane and charitable gesture empowered five youths from Oyi Constituency with practical support of a brand new motorcycle, a passionate drive designed to strengthen their economic prospects and future contributions to society.
Hon. Ojike described the milestone as a moment of reflection on God’s grace and reaffirmed his belief that true leadership is defined by service to the people.
The Lawmaker also presented the keys to a newly built house to a widow, Mrs. Patricia Obiekwemuo, restoring dignity, security, and renewed hope to her family in a deeply symbolic act of compassion.
He noted that the initiatives reflect his enduring sense of responsibility to give back to the community that entrusted him with leadership, while expressing gratitude to God for the opportunity to uplift lives, particularly the vulnerable.
Hon. Ojike further reaffirmed his commitment to effective representation and assured constituents of his continued dedication to people-oriented legislation, sustainable development, and social welfare policies that will deliver lasting benefits to Oyi Constituency, now and in the future.
