Anambra Company Rewards Workers with N130M

Lovebite Foods and Beverages Limited, a bread manufacturing company, has distributed approximately N130m to its employees as a token of appreciation for their loyalty and dedication.

 

The atmosphere was filled with jubilation as the workers were given various cheques for their loyalty during the company’s 2026 Annual Workers’ Appreciation Party, held at the company’s head office in Nnobi, Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Thursday.

 

The reward was for 2025 performance, with some staff members receiving up to N25m.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lovebite Foods and Beverages Limited, Chief Innocent Nwosu, appreciated the staff for their contributions towards moving the company forward.

 

Nwosu thanked the workers for their dedication, saying that the reward is a way of giving them a sense of belonging aimed at encouraging them to put in their best.

 

He said, “The purpose of the staff reward is to recognise outstanding performances aimed at ensuring workers are well-rewarded, highlighting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication, with management promising continued support for employees.

 

“Beyond the rewards, the company provides 20,000 litres of free water daily to the public and distributes over 1,000 loaves of bread weekly to 60 orphanages and homes in Anambra State as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

“Lovebite Foods and Beverages is renowned for its mastery in the art of baking, with a particular emphasis on fruit bread. Our team of skilled bakers combines traditional techniques with innovative ideas to produce an array of baked goods that are a feast for the senses.

 

“We believe that the best creations start with the finest ingredients. At Lovebite, we source only the highest quality components to ensure the integrity and taste of our products.

 

 

“Our team of workers is our greatest asset. With a shared passion for exceptional food and service, our staff is dedicated to ensuring seamless execution and a delightful experience for every customer.

Top recipients include Chika Nwakauche, who got N25m; Ebere Ezeudu, who got N23m; Anthonia Arinze, who got N5m; among others.

 

The workers thanked the company for its generosity, promising to reinvest the money into profitable ventures.

 

Some other recipients received various amounts ranging from N500,000 to N1m.

 

The event took place at Chief Augustine Nwosu’s compound, Umuru Village, Nnobi, after a thanksgiving mass at St Paul’s Catholic Church, Nnobi.
