Popular Nollywood actor Zubby Michael has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The actor completed his registration on Saturday in his hometown, Ozubulu, in Anambra State. A video shared on his Instagram page showed the moment he registered and received his membership documents.
In a brief caption accompanying the post, he wrote, “I dey my village enough of the talking online I don involve,” indicating a shift from commentary to active political participation.
His decision has drawn mixed reactions online. While some supporters welcomed the move, others linked his affiliation with the ADC to Peter Obi, a key figure associated with the party.
Several commenters also used the moment to criticize other public figures who have expressed support for President Bola Tinubu.
