He blamed the nation’s current situation to wrong choice of leaders, encouraging the people not to give up on themselves but to obtain their voters card to enable them exercise their franchise.

He said, “The current situation of the country is as a result of choosing the wrong people.

“But people should not to give up on themselves; instead they should go and register to vote.

“When the righteous is in authority, the people will rejoice. God has answered our prayers since we have been asking Him for God fearing leaders.”

Ibezim called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to reorient her staff and the security agencies to conduct a free and fair election to ensure the choice of the people counted in 2027.

The Archbishop offered prayers for the LP senatorial candidate as well as the flag bearer of the party for Dunukofia, Njikoka, Anaocha Federal Constituency, Dr. Mrs Mary Obi Okoye who also visited the cleric.
