Our Lady of Fatima Hospital and Maternity, Awka-Etiti, Anambra State, has announced a free medical eye care outreach for children aged 16 years and below in honour of the late businessman, Mr Lucky Adimike.
The five-day outreach, scheduled to hold from September 1 to 5, 2026, will provide free eye check-ups and treatment for children with eye-related conditions.
The hospital said the programme would take place at its facility in Awka-Etiti and is open to children from the community and surrounding areas.
It urged parents and guardians whose children are experiencing eye problems to take advantage of the initiative and have them examined and treated.
The hospital also appealed to residents to share information about the outreach with families who may benefit from the free medical services.
