Wife of the Anambra Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo has described teachers as dedicated nation-builders whose influence shapes destinies and impacts generations.
Soludo said this on Monday in her message to commemorate 2026 Teachers’ Day, themed, “Standing with teachers: 60 years of protecting the profession, advancing its status and shaping our futures”
According to her, behind every great mind is a teacher who believed in, inspired and nurtured it.
“Our teachers are patient hands that shape destinies, voices that awaken dreams and unsung heroes whose impact lives on for generations.
“The dedication of teachers goes beyond the classroom, as every lesson they teach represents a seed planted for a better tomorrow.
“Thank you for building the future, one child at a time. Thank you for moulding humanity,” she said.
