It was a star studded event as billionaire real estate mogul, Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo unveiled Nigeria’s first solar powered estate in Lagos, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.
Citadel Views Estate which is located by Abraham Adesanya, Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos State, was started 9 months ago to provide housing options that meets today’s demands in the country while adhering to international best practices.
In attendance at the unveiling of the Estate were Dr. Kennedy and Ichechi Okonkwo (initiators of the estate), Oni of Ife, Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana), Dr. Emeka Okonkwo (E-Money), legendary Nollywood actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Mr. Ekene Okpala of New Age Concepts and others.
The event was fun packed as comedians and popular musicians like Kcee, Teni, and others were on hand to entertain guests. According to Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo, “Citadel Views Estate is our own contribution towards helping the country solve its housing deficit and equally to make living an enjoyable experience”
