They’re group of strong party members who stand for integrity and play by the rules of the game. To them, the ideals of the founding fathers to use politics as a medium to affect majority of lives remain the most important thing. These groups represent the best and most refined the party can boast of. One thing common among them is their belief in the party and their steadfastness. Some of them have remained with the party since 1999 and have stood by it throughout its challenges steering to the part of progress even with the exit of party stalwarts.
Chuchu Onyema: current House of Representatives member representing Ogbaru local government. Chuchu’s approach to politics is developmental and people’s oriented. He believes people should be the center of every political activities, decisions and discussions.
Osita Chidoka: Former aviation minister represents the new face of politics of idea. He is sound and understands the nitty-gritties of modern politics.
Hon Gabriel Onyenweife: he understands the importance of grassroots movement. Politics will be more impactful when the ordinary people begin to participate in how they’re governed.
Harry Oranezi: Strong believer that politics should be principle oriented and should not be reduced to mercantilism. To him, politics is just about service and not business as many believe.
Amechi Onowu: is a firm and focused party man. He believes in the strength of many pppplthan the individual. Amechi’s tutelage comes from being Alex Ekwueme’s Personal Assistant for long and deeply understands the importance of developing the individual to attain total development.
Chief Ugochukwu Okeke (Enyioha): is the father of politics without bitterness in Anambra state. He is an apostle of ‘live and let live’ kind of politics who continues to promote the political philosophy of building a strong team. For him, politics is all about coming together first, before winning elections.
Obunike Ohaegbu: a former Federal commissioner at the Public Complaints Commission in FCT, Abuja (2012-2015). He was behind the scenes in the party’s activities towards the Gubernatorial election of 2017. Obunike is a prominent member of the High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, TEECOM(Atiku Technical Committee that toured the whole country for Atiku before the PDP primaries). He is a seasoned Legal Practitioner and believes so much in team work.
