Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) will confer an honorary award of Doctor of Management Science on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Erisco Foods Limited, Chief Eric Umeofia at its convocation ceremony slated for October 24, 2022.
Umeofia was nominated by the Governing Council of the school after being deemed fit to receive the prestigious recognition.
NDA notified Umeofia of his nomination in a letter from the office of the commandant, signed by Major General IM Yusuf who said Vice President Yemi Osinbajo would preside over the event as special guest of honour.
The convocation ceremony would also feature the conferment of honorary doctorate degrees on other deserving individuals.
