Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR has congratulated Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, wife of Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, former Biafra leader on the occasion of her 56th birthday anniversary.
Governor Soludo commended her dedication, hard work and selfless service as the Secretary to the Professor Chidi Odinkalu-led Truth, Justice and Peace Committee
