AWKA- Residents of Anambra State are hereby informed that the usual and reinvigorated monthly environmental Sanitation exercise will hold on Saturday August 26th 2023.The exercise will hold simultaneously in all the communities in Anambra State within the hours of 7am – 10am, and no form of vehicular or human movement will be tolerated within these hours.
Transition Committee Chairmen (TCC) of various Local Government Areas are enjoined to ensure proper mobilization and compliance in their areas. Furthermore, Ndi Anambra are urged to participate fully in the exercise; clean their surroundings, desilt water channels, and properly bag their wastes for adequate collection and disposal by the waste management contractors.
Let us join hands with the Soludo led administration to actualize a clean, green, and livable and sustainable Anambra for all.
