Foris Labs – an Onitsha Anambra based Gamified Virtual Science Laboratory Startup enabling students to conduct Science practicals virtually has emerged finalist in Tech crunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield Context.
The San Francisco based Technology Media group – TechCrunch, announced this on their portal.

Foris Labs was founded by John Onuigbo, a graduate of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University and Kyrian Onyekwelu, an undergraduate studying at Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

Information gathered from the Media group website, revealed that Foris Labs and 199 others emerged from about 3,000 entries from around the world.

Foris labs products simulates real life science laboratory environment enabling students to conduct science experiments either as individuals or in groups via mobile devices or desktops. They are currently deploying to schools across Anambra State for their Beta testing phase having successfully conducted close user group testing with Secondary School students.
