Former House of Assembly Member who represented Nnewi in the State House of Assembly ,Mr Nonso Smart Okafor has branched into real estate business. His company is Reapfold Properties Limited.
According to him, Reapfold Properties Limited is set to redefine the real estate industry in Anambra State, with the launch of its first estate in Awka.
The new estate known as Classic Villa was launched Tuesday, 3rd October, 2023, by the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze.
Speaking during the unveiling of the estate, Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor, said that his company is into the real estate industry to change the narrative by creating exceptional living spaces for both families and individuals.
According to him, the company is determined to be the real estate company known for excellence, innovation, and integrity. He said that the property which is situated in Ebenebe Awka is designed to offer investors a premium lifestyle experience, noting that the estate has 100% dry land, with a registered survey, promising that soon, the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) with be obtained.
Reapfold Properties has varieties of payment methods which includes: Pre-launch payment plan of 3 million Naira per 465 SQM, 3 months installment of N1,075,000 and 6 months installment of N575,000.
Launching the estate, the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somto Udeze, who was accompanied by lawmakers in the Anambra State Assembly, commended Hon. Smart Okafor for the investment, which will close the housing gap in the state, and restore the confidence in the real estate industry.
