Our dynamic chapter of the Great All Progressives Congress (APC) is not yet focused on Anambra 2025 governorship elections but would be unstoppable when we do.
The only party, unfortunately, focusing on 2025 elections in Anambra State is All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), which has every reason to worry about statements of projection from individual stakeholders in thd political process, triggering panic reactions in different directions.
APGA ,drawing from the resources of the State, has been mounting mobilisation campaigns for an incumbent that is betraying his own 2021 election promises,using a fictionalised support group ,which went as far as brazenly organising a rally under the connivance of Gov. Chukwuma Soludo.
The illegality of these steps lie in the fact that the ban on political activity has not been lifted by the instrument of election notice.
But beyond that ,it is clear that the ruling party, is unsure how to regain the lost confidence of the people of the state,who did not bargain for a tax collector,but a visionary developer.
Our dynamic chapter is preoccupied with engaging stakeholders we should in our party to heal the wounds created by circumstances leading legally to the non-participation of our party in the 2021 contest.
It is pertinent to note, to the balance, however that we are equally willing to fight those we should fight to ensure that no form of internal colonisation of our chapter occurs within our larger party, and that the persons presented from our platform to win elections in Anambra State enjoy the mandate of our chapter as prescribed in our constitution.
In this process, of rebuilding a strong and united chapter, we are very determined to attain the renaissance of our party identity in the manner it was before the unethical invasion of imported negative values and phantom stolen primaries that we are not proud of.
However ,while doing this, we urge Ndi Anambra not to join the APC-fever rocking APGA ,but instead to await the regenerated version of the party they voted into various elective positions in 2011.
We urge Anambra citizens to show some sympathy for APGA commentators making wild remarks over the criticism of aspirants across opposition ,no less individuals in and around, APC as old women must quiver when dry bones are mentioned.
Instead, we urge the people of Anambra State to demand a complete democracy where all Local Government Chairmen and councillors.are elected and accountable to their constituencies,not fruitless diversions.
