Today, December 2, 2023, Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, and Senator Uche Ekwunife officially became members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the APC Secretariat in Awka, Anambra State.
As indicated in a Facebook post by Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Uba, he, along with Senator Uche Ekwunife and others, formally joined the APC in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. The former Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Senator Uche Ekwunife, made a switch from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC, while Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, the incumbent Senator for Anambra South Senatorial District, transitioned from the Young Progressive Congress (YPP) to the APC at the APC Secretariat in Awka.
The welcoming ceremony for Senators Ifeanyi Ubah and Uche Ekwunife into the APC was led by the former Governor of Anambra State, Senator Andy Uba, alongside other key stakeholders of the party in Anambra State.
