The clip below shows moment when Anambra police woman who learnt how to shoot for the first time outsmarted and defeated Anambra policemen who have been shooting for long.
In a trending video shared by a facebook user John Louis online, a woman corporal identified as Nwaogueze Chibugo whose sole goal as a police woman is to become a sharp shooter and a mask man has defeated and outsmarted other policemen in a shooting trial.
According to the video, the lady just learnt how to shoot and that was her first time shooting. The trial presented three cartridges with three targets for her to shoot. She exhausted the three cartridges with accurate hits on the three targets as against other policemen who was reported to have been shooting for long.
With the current level of insecurity in Anambra, people like this and her likes should be fished out and invested in. The Anambra state government can simply achieve this by beginning a grassroot shooting hunt among new recruits and others who seem to be good at shooting, train them exceptionally as special squads, join them in the already existing squads, then scrutinize and remove men in that existing squad who lack the ability to be in that squad.
Attention of the IGP, Anambra state CP should be drawn on this as she can be a great asset to the state, and Nation at large.
