Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing innovative team in ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications:
– A post-secondary educational qualification in marketing, business or any other related discipline.
– At least one year of experience in a sales position.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to use online CRM software and other relevant online tools.
– Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Follow up with prospects and clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
– Reach out to prospects and clients through a variety of channels, such as messaging apps, e-mail, social media, phone and SMS.
- Answer client questions and objections in a professional manner.
– Document responses for frequently asked questions from clients or prospects for reference purposes.
– Segment clients based on their categories.
